Airo-ULV Flex Cold Fogger is a mobile ulta-low volume applicator (ULV) that powered through either a 240 or a 120 Volt AC electric.
Built with a dependable and powerful electric high speed AC induction motor that can speed up to 38,000 revolutions per minute (RPM). It is also built with a fan to create very small spray droplets in the 15 to 30 micrometer droplet size range by using the principles of a vortical nozzle or twin heads.
The refined aerosol droplets will remain in flight for an extended period of time and are later on dispersed throughout a large area by the powerful air outlet by the nozzle.
All components that are required to be in contact with liquid are designed and produced from chemical resistant materials such as Teflon TM, Viton TM, top quality stainless steel brass and other precisely engineered materials. It can spray both acid and oil based solutions.
The tank is easy to remove from the motor fan body, just loosen up the clamp for easy cleaning. It features a 20 inch highly flexible and durable hose as standard attachment and may be replaced by a 6 feet long hose for easy access to further distance such as air ducts, drains, smaller corners and false ceilings.
This cold fogger comes with a heavy duty, double wove carrying strap that measures 2 inches in width and can hold up to 1.25 gallons of solution.

The fine aerosol droplets will remain airborne for a long period of time and are dispersed over a large area by the powerful air outlet at the nozzle.
Vortex air sheer double turbine nozzle, a double turbine atomizer, that works in two stages, to break up the liquid at a high velocity, (with technology used by NASA and the US Army Air Mobility R&D Laboratory), this passes through a conical diffuser, compressed air passes a second time acting in an opposite direction (the second turbine nozzle technology) to sheer the particles to a consistent 15 microns.
